Session and Service Policies
1)Readings are by appointment only.
2)Please call, text, or email to book an appointment.
3)Your inquiry will be answered in the order received.
4)Your reading begins when I begin tuning in. Your reading ends when we conclude with your information.
5)When the reading is over the reading is over. Please put all your questions into the session or book a follow up appointment.
6)You will be charged for a 15 minute minimum and then by the minute.
7)You will be charged for the entire reading.
8)Rates for readings are :
15 minutes $40
30 minutes $60
45 minutes $90
60 minutes (1 hour) $120
90 minutes (1.5 hour) $180
*You will be charged $2 for each additional minute past 30 minutes.*
9)All readings will be rounded up to the nearest minute.
10)All payments are made through Square and invoiced to you. *First time bookings will have to pre-pay, no exceptions.*
11)If your payment is late you will be charged a late fee.
12)There are no refunds once work is completed.
13)Recordings are complimentary, it is up to you to tell me you would like a recording.
14)There will be no written transcriptions.
15)I am not responsible for going back to the session and looking up or remembering your information. Please ask for a recording when you have your appointment or take notes. Ask for any questions to be clarified in your session or book a follow up appointment.
16)Texting, calling, or emailing for quick questions will not be honored. Please book an appointment.
17)I do not run tabs.
18)You must be at least 18 years old to purchase readings.
19)All readings are for entertainment purposes only. Information provided by the reader is not to be substituted for professional, legal, and/or medical advice.
20)No guarantees are offered.
21)All sales are final.
22)Cancellation Policy - Please allow at least 24 hrs. notice for cancellation.
